On 11st January 2025, The Charles Nkazamyampi Foundation (FCN) organized a sports evangelism and social cohesion event in Kirundo Province, Bugabira Commune, on Rugasa Hill. The event featured a 4-kilometer race for both boys and girls, followed by a football match between two local teams from Rugasa.

Charles Nkazamyampi shared his heartfelt testimony about how he encountered Jesus and welcomed Him into his life. During his message, Charles passionately preached the gospel, encouraging the young participants to reflect on their lives and take steps toward positive change. He urged them to open their hearts to Jesus, emphasizing the importance of living a life rooted in faith, hope, and love.

In addition to the sports activities, 500 participants were given peace cards, symbolizing their commitment to becoming peacekeepers in their communities. The event successfully combined physical activities with a message of peace, faith, and unity, inspiring young people to adopt values of harmony and social responsibility.

His powerful testimony resonated deeply with the audience, leading to a remarkable response as more than 250 young people gave their lives to Jesus. Inspired by his words, they embraced spiritual renewal and pledged to commit themselves to the path of faith and peace.
