On September 21, 2026, FCN distributed rabbits to 6 groups in Bujumbura Province, Rwibaga Commune, Matara Zone. The 6 groups mentioned above come from two projects, namely 2 groups under the project “Promotion of Peace, Social Cohesion and Development through Sport” and 4 groups under the project “Instilling Christian and Human Values in Young People.”

FCN distributed a total of 90 rabbits, which means that each group received 15 rabbits. These rabbits will help young people become financially independent by raising them, as one rabbit can give birth to 6 to 8 baby rabbits in only three months. This will create a chain of solidarity so that all group members can have their own rabbits.
